Being a teacher isn't always easy. It has its ups and downs but it is rewarding... (I'm not financially speaking, of course! Being an ESL teacher can be very frustrating, too. Sometimes learners are not motivated and teachers run out of ideas.

Nowadays teachers share another problem: we have to compete with new technologies and be up-to-date...But are we prepared?
